A "Teabag" can be performed in most first person shooters. The definition of "Teabagging" essentially means the same in eSports as is does in real life situation.
Teabagging another player can be performed very easily by simply using the crouch buttons in game. Once a player has been killed by yourself or any other player on your team, you can position your player model over the eliminated enemy, and repeatedly crouch then stand up in succession. This is supposed to simulate the action of dropping your testicles in the eliminated players face.
This action is often used as a method of taunting, by trying to show the enemy that they are "your bitch".
