Team Desire - Discipline - Dedication, better known as Team 3D or 3D.NY, is an American electronic sports club with teams that compete in Counter-Strike: Source and Dead or Alive 4 competitions, and formerly fielded teams in Counter-Strike, Halo 2, Painkiller, and Call of Duty. Team 3D was formed in 2002 by Craig "Torbull" Levine and is currently being operated by the club's managing director, Dave "moto" Geffon. Team 3D's corporate sponsors are NVIDIA, Intel, Sennheiser, Xfire, PNY, SteelSeries, E-Sports Entertainment Association, and Velocity Servers.

This club is a founding member of the G7 Teams and a World Cyber Games Hall of Fame member
