Possibly one of the most notorious players in the Call of Duty scene within the UK, has to be John "Kingdhesiii" Hession. He is known by the large majority of the community, but unfortunately for all the wrong reasons.

History

John was born in in New Zealand in 1983 to Keith and Irene Hession. When he was very young his family moved over to England and settled down in the small town of Morley, situated in the suburbs of the city of Leeds, Yorkshire. Throughout his younger years, John attended a boys school in Batley, Leeds where he spent most of his days insulting fellow pupils and inciting racial hatred towards peers.

After finally finishing school, John decided it was time to widen his knowledge and decided to enrol at Leeds University to complete a business degree. During this time, he also gained a job working in the warehouses at his local supermarket "Morrisons". John would work from early evening, up to about midnight. When he would get home from work, he would turn on his computer and sit down for the rest of the morning to play Call of Duty. In the transition over to Call of Duty 2, John also made the switch as quickly as possible in what he claimed was "the only way to keep his fans happy". To this day, we still have no idea what he was referring to.

What games does he play?

Being the "King" isn't easy. In order to satisfy his horde of "fans", John has played just about every game you can imagine. His heart lies with the Call of Duty series, mainly COD1 where he has managed to amount over 2000 hours of gameplay. Sadly even with this amount of hours clocked up, he is still dire at the game.

Console Games

Kingy is also a big fan of console games. Throughout the years he has owned just about every console going. His latest purchase has been the Nintendo Wii, and probably his favourite game has been Resident Evil 4 - Wii edition. He often likes to turn off the light and scare himself.

Why do people know who he is?

If you don't know who Kingdhesiii is, then you are a very lucky person. "Kingy", as he refers to himself, is known for his childish sense of humour and has an almost hard-to-hate aura around him. He is best known in public Call of Duty servers for his infamous "YEH KING" chat bind, which proclaims to the rest of the server that he is there.

He has also been known to look like other people as well. Kingy was once mistaken for the singer "Rick Walla" in a nightclub in the centre of Leeds. On a night out with friends, John got up onto the dance floor to "shake his stuff". Once the DJ clocked John dancing and shaking his ass on the floor, he promptly proclaimed "Would Rick Walla please leave the dancefloor." John was forced to make a speedy exit from the dancing arena, accompanied by his trademark phrase, "wtf?".

LANs

Numerous people that Kingy has verbally abused in servers have made threats towards him. To this date not one of the threats has ever been carried out at a LAN event. Kingy has attended several I-Series LANs in Newbury, England and has not once had a proble. On one occasion back at I-27, Kingy was asked to leave the site by a member of the the security team for displaying pornographic videos to minors in clear view of the whole building. When questioned by a member of staff, he claimed that "It was someone else. Wasn't me.". For some unknown reason, the security guard decided that his story was quite feasible and he was allowed to stay at the event.

Kingy is known by his fellow players at LAN, to consume inhuman amounts of food and drink. This can be verified by inspecting the contents of his desk after he leaves the building. Here are a few items found by team mates after he left:

  • 3 pizza boxes
  • 7 banana skins
  • 3 multipacks of cheese-strings
  • 14 empty coke cans
  • A broken pair of Icemat Siberias
  • 16 empty crisp packets
  • A copy of command and Conquer 3

TEK-9 LAN

After Kingy made his presence well known in the Call of Duty 2 scene which includes the professional level of the scene. Kingy went and done Europe by travelling with the 2nd best UK side known as uQ at the time but better known as Reason-Gaming today to Amsterdam for quite an extreme session of chilling which, according to Kingy is "The Game". Himself and uQ then went onto Antwerp, Belgium to attend a LAN event in which uQ were participating.

Kingy acted as uQ's manager for the event but spent most of his time either stoned or drunk at the LAN. Kingy was loved by all after he went out drinking with most of the professional players the second night of the LAN and did not come home till the early hours of the next morning, sometime around 6am. He then jumped around his room screaming "Wooo!" and stating the fact repeatedly "I am so f*cking chilled". I believe this was probably the most "chilled" time for Joao in his life. The sweat was pouring off his face and he was panting.

At around 7am that morning, he returned to the drinking and was not seen again by uQ till about 5pm that evening. Which, at that time it was safe to say that Kingy was rightly f*cked.
