Meaning
Grims is an expression used for a player who stays behind and lets his team go up front. At the end of the round when most of his team mates are dead he will move into action taking advantage of the damage afflicted to the opponents by his now dead teammates.
Origin
The expression Grims comes from the old-school Swedish player Grims who played in teams such as 2easy. Because of his frag counts he got some recognition but his fellow Swedish players from various teams clearly didn't agree with this fame as they quickly started to use the expression "Grims" for players who let their team do all the dirty work. The expression however shouldn't really be seen as an insult to the player but more like a teasing comment.
