Check Six Gaming is a professional multi-gaming organization founded in 2003 by Rich Howard. Check Six teams have participated in many high-profile gaming competitions such as WSVG, CPL, and CGS, and has participated at the highest levels of on-line leagues such as CEVO, CAL, and TGL. The team has encompassed many different games throughout its history and has always attempted to be a forerunner in support of all gaming communities big and small. The most notable teams that have gained popularity under the Check Six name are the Counter-Strike, Counter-Strike: Source, Quake and Call of Duty teams.
The team is currently sponsored by Razer, Mushkin,Nationvoice, and BenQ. These sponsors even offer discounts for on-line shopping items when using the promotional code "Check6".
Check Six team members commonly use the tag 'x6' (i.e. x6 maniac) preceding his or her alias, but this tag has had other minor variations.
Check Six Staff
Check Six is a limited liability company headed by a board of individuals that lead different aspects of Check Six functions such as team leaders, head writers, and management. These members are primarily responsible for overall team function in league participation, event funding, and sponsorship.

Current Activity
Check Six is back in action since it's short hiatus in the fall of 2007. Check Six is currently a dominating force in the Call of Duty 4 scene with a team that includes new and familiar faces. There is also a Team Fortress 2, Unreal Tournament 3, Warcraft 3: Defense of the Ancients, and a Savage 2 Team that have all won tournaments current as of September 2008.
Women in Check Six
In a heavily male dominated area, Check Six proudly supports and promotes gaming among both men and women and is one of the few gaming organizations to sponsor an all female competitive team.
Counter-Strike: Source
Check Six has now had two Counter-Strike: Source teams comprised solely of female members who have competed in various events. The current team of women is lead by 'pinkmint' and 'ako'.
