Buy Out

The term Buy Out is a reference to an instruction given by a Counter-Strike team leader or strategy caller to a team, ordering them to purchase as much equipment as possible for the current round.
Such an order is typically given during the last round of each half during a match, because there is no need to save money for any following round. The order can also be given when a team needs to win a round but doesn't have the necessary funds to execute a full buy, and must purchase whatever equipment they can afford.
